Who we are

Buying and licenses
Our store is run by Moonbase, our merchant of record. Moonbase takes your payment, sends your receipt, handles sales tax and VAT, and delivers your licenses. Your card details go to Moonbase and its payment providers, never to us. We can see your name, email address, orders and licenses, so we can help you when you need support.
Moonbase looks after that data under its own privacy policy. The cookies the cart, checkout and sign in need are essential, so they stay on whatever you choose below.
The Meta pixel
We use the Meta pixel, a small piece of code from Meta, to see which of our Facebook and Instagram ads bring people to our site, and to show our ads to people who have visited before.
When it’s on, it tells Meta which pages you look at and when you add something to your cart, start a checkout or buy, along with what you chose and the price. It stores this in cookies named _fbp and _fbc. We never send Meta your name, email address or phone number. If you have a Meta account, Meta may connect this to it, under Meta’s privacy policy.
Your cookie choice
If you visit from the EU, the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, the Meta pixel stays off until you press Accept on the cookie banner. Nothing is sent to Meta while you haven’t chosen. Everywhere else it’s on unless you turn it off.
You can change your mind at any time from the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page, or right here: open cookie settings. If you reject after accepting, we remove the Meta cookies and reload the page without the pixel. Your choice is saved in your own browser, so you’ll be asked again on a new device or after clearing your browser data.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how people use our site, such as which pages are visited most.
Newsletter
If you subscribe, your email address is kept by MailerLite, the service that sends our newsletter. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a real person is signing up.
Hosting
Our site is served by Cloudflare, which handles your IP address to deliver pages, work out roughly which country you’re in (so we know whether to show the cookie banner) and keep the site safe from abuse.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected]. If you’re in the EU, the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
